- I am a life-long outdoorsman who would rather be in a kayak or in the water than just about anyplace else. I have been an avid paddler for more than two decades, and I believe the kayak is the ultimate platform for fishing, diving, camping, and exploring, in both fresh water and the ocean. I have started this blog to help build awareness and a community around the concept of the Kayak Sportsman (and woman).
